Duplicating Maangchi's Oisobagi Kimchi

Today im gonna make one of maangchi's kimchi recipe from her blog here

Well i have been stumbled many times to her blog

Yes i made couple of authentic korean dishes based on her writings

and i just love it.


So I am gonna make the Oisobagi kimchi atau dalam bahasa diartikan sebagai "Kimchi Mentimun"

Bahannya apa ( based on the maangchi's recipe)

1. 9-10 timun kecil ukuran sedang
2. Garam Laut 2 sendok makan / Kosher Salt ( kalau ini bisa di temukan di toko bahan makanan korea)--> if you dont have any of those two bisa pakai garam dapur biasa
3. 1 cup kucai potong korek api (kalau di maangchi diseebut asian chives/buchu)
4. 1 cup wortel potong korek api
5. 1 cup Bawang Bombay potong korek api
6. 1/4 cup bubuk cabai ---> saya pakai cabai indonesia ya (cabe indonesia lebih pedes). kalau ketemu bubuk cabai korea pakai 1/2 cup.
7. 3 sendok makan kecap ikan teri--> hypermart, giant, hero punya kecap ikan teri korea di bagian bahan makanan import warnanya kemasannya biru emas
8. 1 sendok makan gula pasir
9.  air masak  3 sampai 5 sendok makan
10. biji wijen secukupnya
